The Clean Slate Club is a space to gather once a week, for 4 weeks, to:

1. Focus on a different aspect of your health journey (Cardio, yoga, strength, meditation & food)

2. Collect the goods (prepped food!!)

3. Plug in to a support system - in person, but also through the

private JTI-Clean Slate Club Facebook page for support, encouragement, & recipes

...during and beyond the 4 weeks.

During these 4 weeks together I will also prep food for you!  

Organic veggies, organic proteins, scratch-made sauces and yummy breakfast options. 

Ready to eat raw, toss with greens, or hit with heat, and VOILA, time to eat!  

Each week includes:

3 essential veggies

3 premium veggies 

3 sauces/dressings

meat from 1/2 roasted chicken

1 quart chicken broth

 2 - 5 oz grass feed, beef or organic chicken hamburger patties 

2 - 4-6 oz pieces of sustainably raised salmon or cod

4 smoothie packs - or - 8 mini frittatas (or a combo)

VERSION 2

The Clean Slate Club started as a 30 day whole food challenge. 

I wanted to partner with gyms and yoga studios and provide the yummy, healthy, whole food. 

As my own journey progressed and I dove into various elimination diets and healing protocols...

I started dreaming of what I, myself, wanted more of:  

support, companionship along the journey and the help with food prep (OH THE FOOD PREP!!). 

I also realized that this is a whole body and mind extravaganza. 

While what we eat is SO important so is exercise, sleep, state of mind and support.

The Clean Eating Challenge evolved into

For 4 weeks I will offer support, plus hook you up with a private FB Page with other Clean Slate Clubbers!

(you do not have to do this alone!)

AND cook 4 customized meals

to be delivered fresh each week.

With this you:

  •  Fill out a food questionnaire (to be sent to you).

  • We have a phone consultation.

  • I will plan a menu based on your dietary needs and preferences. 

  •  I cook.

  • You eat!

Meals can be made in your home or delivered.  

Includes:  menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, food packaging, labeling, reheating instructions, clean-up

4 fresh meals with 1-4 servings each
